ACE 4.1 Proportions

LARGE GROUP
We discussed the last POW, Mean & Median, in class, and people shared various answers. Then we worked on Problem 4.1, Setting Up & Solving Proportions. A proportion is an equation stating that two ratios are equal, and we have worked with lots of different proportions over the past few months. We set up and solved many different kinds of proportions in different contexts. Class notes may be downloaded here.
